This group aims to support clinicians interested in somatics to deepen their understanding of their own nervous systems, physiological responses, and utilize this awareness in therapeutic contexts through transference and countertransference dynamics.  Click here for more information.

**This is a skills group and is not intended to work with psychological issues.  For some, somatics can be too activating and it may be better to skip this group until regulation is restored.

Level Two

In this module, participants continue to explore and work through early career clinical challenges.  Focus also begins to shift towards learning the application of somatic skills and building interoceptive capacities.

Level Three

In this module, participants will explore intermediate and advanced clinical concepts in greater depth. The focus will shift to the clinical application of skills and the implementation of problem-solving strategies.
